Two sets of twins and mothers growing up

We had two sets of twin fawns this winter and they are growing tall and healthy eating the shelled corn we buy for them to eat at the feeding and watering area at the edge of our yard. Here are some photos, one of them is a little boy, a buck!

Our new twin fawns!

we had seen the new baby fawns once coming across the highway with their mother patiently we waited for a couple of weeks to see them come up to the feeding area and the mother allow them to come out into the open so we could see them. Here they are and they are so cute. They were so frisky that many of my photographs were blurred because they kept moving. I stood on the front veranda and photographed them and they were watching me.

Memories of Summer and Watermelon

I love watermelon. I prefer the red one over the yellow one just because the red watermelon seems to just stand for watermelon.. Its a visual and childhood choice, each person's personal choice in eating watermelons!
