Happy Mother's Day 2014!

Today in the United States of America we celebrate mother's day! My boys which happen to be 3 cats named Peebo, Bro and Leo asked my husband to buy them a gift for me, and a card and a gift bag from them to me today! This cup is one of the most unusual and beautiful I have ever gotten. It is made in England, which makes high quality china and the colors of the cats against the white background are my favorite colors of cats. Notice the fish and the mouse on the handle and there is a mouse on the inside of the cup as a design. So thank you to Larry for the shopping and to Peebo, Leo and Bro for a beautiful, useful and thoughtful gift for Mother's Day!

The Beauty of May flowers!

The month of May brings the prettiest blooms and most lush perennials in Sheri's healing flower garden. The temperature is in the low 80's and the humidity is always high but this is the most exciting time to enjoy my passion for photography and enjoy the beauty that God and Christ enabled me to have in this beautiful flower garden! Some of my clematis photos might seem to be the same but the backgrounds might have different lighting such as what appears to be circles of light, always enjoy photographing the buds of the clematis.

April happenings at Sheridragonflys!

Here is a squirrel eating its first strawberry that I had left for the wild deer I enjoyed watching it twirl it around , look at it and then finally eat it. The wild azaleas are in bloom and are just beautiful. There is one bloom that looks as if a birds head is emerging from the middle of the bloom, use your imagination to see that in the bloom. Azaleas are in bloom and just a pretty spring here at our home!

Spring time salads

A wonderful day to cook out on the grill and to have a green salad with red and yellow and orange bell sweet peppers, red onion and tomatoes among the lettuce!

Young male buck comes to visit our wild does!

Yesterday while I was photographing our wild female does a young buck that is not theirs came to visit the twin fawns, which are females who are about 6 months old. Here he is looking for a girlfriend close to his age for this years mating.
